As someone who has traveled extensively in Turkey, I can confidently say that this is some of the most authentic Turkish food I've had stateside. The lamb shank was tender and flavorful, and the Turkish coffee was a delightful treat. The staff were extremely welcoming, and even gave us tips on dishes to try next time.
