" We've always sought out authentic Cajun cuisine, so we were excited about Tiana's Palace. The vibe was spot-on, and it was lovely to eat outside. However, the food itself didn't meet my expectations. The gumbo felt a bit watered down, and I could hardly taste the spices. The beignets were decent but not memorable. " I can't recommend Tiana's Palace enough! The beignets were great, fluffy and sweet, although I kind of preferred the original flavors instead of the lemon filling. However, the main dish of gumbo I ordered was elevated by lovely spices and fresh ingredients. The outdoor setting was a pleasant surprise, providing a nice escape from the park's hustle.
