" I’ve grown to appreciate the convenience of Taco Bell, but my last visit left much to be desired. I ordered a box meal that was supposed to include a variety of items. When I got home, half of what I ordered was missing. The quality of the food wasn’t great either; the shells were stale, and the beef was drier than I expected. The only positive I can mention is that the employees did appear to be trying their best under the pressure. It was busy, but it shouldn't excuse the mistakes. " Had one of the worst experiences ever at Taco Bell recently. The drive-thru line wasn't moving at all, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes just to place my order.
