The general tso's chicken appeared to be reheated from a prior service, lacking any of the deep flavors one anticipates from such a signature dish. The fried rice bore little resemblance to traditional recipes, tasting bland and non-descript. In all honesty, this cafeteria-style setup left me more frustrated than satisfied. I did appreciate the large portions they offered, but sadly that wasn’t enough to make up for the lack of taste and authenticity in the meal. I felt disappointed at the end of my visit, as I had hoped to experience a genuine taste of Chinese cuisine.
