" My family and I decided to celebrate a birthday at Cicis Pizza, and although we were excited for the pizza buffet, the experience left much to be desired. The buffet was understocked, and the pizza that was available wasn't fresh. We waited quite a bit for new pizzas to come out, only to find the same flavors that seemed to have been sitting there for a while. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the dining area could use serious improvement. On a brighter note, the staff was nice and tried to accommodate us as best they could, but overall, it was a letdown. " Cicis Pizza is where we often go when we want a fun night out with the family. Sadly, our recent visit was semi-lackluster. While the freshness of the pizza was hit and miss, I found staff responsive, which helped ease the tension of sitting and waiting a while for fresh batches. " Wow! I stopped by Cicis Pizza for a quick bite last week and was blown away! The pizza was surprisingly delicious, fresh, and all my favorites were available! I particularly enjoyed their zesty pepperoni and also discovered a new favorite with their garlic shrimp option! Service was quick and friendly, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean!
