" If you are in Charleston, you have to visit Maya! The ambiance was incredible; a mix of cozy and chic. When we arrived, the staff was welcoming, and they made us feel special. The service from our waiter was exceptional; he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. " Visiting Maya was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and had a lovely table near the window. " I'm not too sure about all the hype. The ambiance was nice, but I expected more from the food. The chilaquiles were a bit bland compared to others I’ve had and didn't feel authentic at all. The service, however, was attentive and made up for the underwhelming dish. If you’re not too picky about flavor and just want a nice atmosphere, this could still be a good choice.
