" I was quite excited to try Restaurant Bayon after hearing good things from friends. They proclaimed the General Tao chicken was legendary, so I ordered that along with their renowned dumplings. It lacked that signature crunch and had an overly sugary sauce that reminded me more of a fast food experience than authentic cuisine. The ambiance was cozy, but I felt it was a tad cramped.
