" Amazing family-owned atmosphere! The warmth of their service is unparalleled. The food could use a little more spice, maybe I just prefer it that way with Chinese cuisine, but it was decently prepared. I adore their garlic chicken and request it double garlic! I often get my friends and family to try this place, and they often return for more, so that's a good sign. " Had a very disappointing experience last night. The food was served cold, and the shrimp in the fried rice had an off taste that made it inedible. To make matters worse, after expressing my concern, the staff appeared indifferent and unhelpful. With so many Chinese restaurants around, I'm not sure I'll be returning to Yin Can Cook. " I'm often on the hunt for authentic Chinese cuisine, and I have to say that Yin Can Cook matches my expectations in terms of flavor. I went with a couple of friends, and we shared several dishes, including the beef and broccoli and some dumplings. I'm glad to report that the beef was tender and savory, perfectly complemented by the all-fresh veggies. However, I was a little disappointed with the dumplings; they were on the smaller side and lacked a kick. Despite that small hiccup, we had fun, and the service was efficient. " After several visits, I can confidently say that Yin Can Cook delivers consistently! The general tso's chicken is delightful, sweet, and tangy, and the portion sizes have always been generous.
