" Every time I visit Jjin Jjajang, the experience is different! At one visit, the food was superb - especially the jjajangmyun, which was savory and comforting. But during another sparing visit a few months later, I was a bit disappointed with the portions and felt the flavor was lacking. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff are always smiling, but I wonder if it’s the kitchen’s off-day when the food doesn't impress. I hope they can find a consistent way to maintain their quality. " I finally got around to trying Jjin Jjajang last night and I was quite impressed! The little restaurant may not look like much on the outside, but inside, the ambiance is cozy and inviting. I opted for the tang soo yook, and it was crispy and not overly oily. The black bean noodles were flavorful, though I did wish they came in a larger portion. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend it for a casual dinner. I think it could improve slightly on the greeting of customers; we didn’t get much of a welcome when we arrived. " After hearing so many fantastic things about Jjin Jjajang, I was excited to try it out. The food didn't disappoint! Their pancake was crispy in all the right spots, and I fell in love with their tangsooyook - a real masterpiece! However, I found it a bit annoying when the server rushed to give us the receipt right after serving our meal. It just felt a bit overzealous.
