" Panda Express has always been one of my guilty pleasures. However, I recently faced an issue with their online order system when I ordered my usual. My meal was delivered 20 minutes late, and upon opening, I found one of my sides missing. The staff who handled my complaint were very apologetic and offered a complimentary drink while we waited for the correct order this time. " Had a fantastic experience at Panda Express tonight! The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the Kung Pao Chicken, which had a perfect kick! The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a bit of a line, but they handled it well. The only downside was that my fried rice had a bit too much cabbage for my taste, slightly overwhelming the flavors of the other dishes. Nonetheless, I left satisfied and will definitely be back!
