" A well-known chain like Chipotle usually has a reputation to uphold. However, this location seems to struggle with realizing that! I went there hoping for a fulfilling lunch but ended up underwhelmed. My burrito was mostly rice and barely had any protein, and the staff didn’t seem too keen on my request for extra guac. " Though Chipotle generally offers good food, I was less than satisfied with this location. They mixed my order up not once but twice, and the plus side is they offered me a discount. However, the last thing I want after a long day is a cold burrito. The staff was friendly but disorganized, which took away from the experience. " I've been a Chipotle fan for years, but this location has left me disappointed time and again. Their portion sizes have drastically decreased, and I'm consistently finding myself having to ask for extra meat. To pay over $10 and only get a bowl of rice and a few pieces of chicken is infuriating. I've also noticed the quality of the staff varies greatly, with some being rude or unhelpful. " Chipotle holds a special place in my heart because I grew up eating there. Recently, I visited this new location, and while I enjoyed my meal, I did find some inconsistencies in service. The first time I tried, they were out of ingredients, which was disappointing. However, they made it up to me on my second visit with better service and fresh ingredients!
