" After hearing so many great things about Saigon Bistro, I finally decided to visit. I was not disappointed! The pho was aromatic and loaded with fresh herbs – truly one of the best I've had outside of Vietnam. The ambiance was lovely, with soft music playing in the background that added to the enjoyable dining experience. I do wish the servers were a bit more attentive, as I had to wait longer than expected for my check. But all in all, a great place to indulge in authentic Vietnamese cuisine. " This restaurant is a treasure! The pho is some of the best I’ve tasted – perfectly seasoned and there’s no shortage of meat. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant, making it a great place to have a meal with friends. The portion sizes were massive, so keep that in mind if you're not extremely hungry! The only downside was that the service was occasionally slow. I understand they get busy, but they should consider adding more staff during peak times. Regardless, I will definitely be coming back!
