" I recently tried Cadre and was blown away by the culinary experience. The presentation of the dishes was some of the best I’ve encountered. Starting with the artichoke appetizer, which was fresh and seasoned perfectly, I was impressed right away. Then came the duck confit, bursting with flavor and paired excellently with a nice red wine from the menu. The dessert was a rich chocolate torte that was a sublime ending to a fabulous meal. The service was superb; our server was knowledgeable and offered great recommendations. My only critique would be regarding the 20% service charge being added automatically. I understand the intention behind it; however, it somewhat diminished the personal touch that comes with dining out. " After hearing rave reviews, I finally visited Cadre with my partner. We started with charcuterie, followed by the beef bourguignon. The flavors were robust, and the dish melted in my mouth. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the service fee; our server was wonderful, but the automatic gratuity made things a bit awkward when trying to leave an additional tip.
