" The Cacique experience is like a trip to Mexico without leaving Hagerstown. The food is fantastic, and the service fast and polite. The ceviche was fresh, and I have never tasted shirred egg tacos before; they were a delightful surprise! However, the only downside was the noise level on a busy evening.
