The staff seemed overwhelmed on a busy night and our server forgot a side dish we ordered. When we finally received it, the food was excellent, the kimchi was fresh, and the meats were well-seasoned. However, having to call multiple times for service dampened the overall experience. I appreciate their authenticity but they should work on better staff training to enhance customer service. " Last night, I had dinner at O2 K-BBQ and it was absolutely delightful! The variety of meats available was impressive, and I particularly loved the marinated beef. The ambience was lively with K-Pop music playing, enhancing the experience. Our server was friendly and attentive, always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. " I'm no stranger to Korean BBQ, but O2 K-BBQ truly impressed me! The combinations I could make with the various meats and side dishes were incredible. Their marinated pork belly was without a doubt the highlight of the meal. The atmosphere felt very much like being in Korea, with lively music and friendly staff. Plus, the portion sizes are generous for the price. However, I felt that the drinks were slightly overpriced for how basic they were. " Decent spot for all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, but it did not quite meet my expectations. The food was good, a couple of the side dishes were not very fresh, but the service was a bit hit or miss. Some servers were attentive while others seemed disinterested. For a casual night out with family, it's okay. Just be sure to try the beef brisket–that one was fantastic.
