" Having heard all the buzz, I decided to check out Copycat Co. and see if it lives up to the reputation. I have to say the cocktails didn’t disappoint; they mix superbly! The food did, however, not as much as I’d hoped for! My lamb skewers were excellent, but the crunchy potstickers were awkwardly chewy. Food-wise, I ordered the vegan noodles; they were okay but didn’t have as much depth in flavor as I hoped. The staff were attentive, constantly checking in on us. " Honestly, Copycat Co. offers some of the best late-night eats I’ve ever enjoyed! I regularly stop in after work for drinks with friends and always leave satisfied. While the food might not be traditional, it's definitely packed with flavor! The best part is the cheerful staff who provide excellent service every time.
