" I have to say, after hearing such wonderful things about this bakery, my experience was a bit of a letdown. The Rude service really overshadowed the wonderful coffee and gelato. The sprinkled frappes looked enticing but were overpriced. It was a shame because the pastries looked promising, but I just couldn't enjoy them given the atmosphere created by the staff.
