" Having lived in Mexico for several years, I can say that El Quetzal is one of the few places in Seattle that serves genuinely authentic Mexican food. The salsa served with the chips was fresh and flavorful, and the mole dish was exceptionally rich. Although the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality of food justifies it.
