" I have visited Hibachi Jr. Express several times and have had both great and not-so-great experiences. The food is usually tasty, but there have been occasions when the chicken was a bit dry. On my last visit, however, the steak was perfectly cooked, and I loved their ginger sauce. While I do think they could improve their portion sizes, overall, the experience was pleasant.
