The experience is always entertaining with the chefs putting on a great show as they prepare the food right before your eyes. The sushi is fresh and tasty, quite authentic compared to other places I've tried. The only downside was the wait times can sometimes be longer than expected, especially on weekends. " Initially hesitant about trying what I thought was just a chain hibachi place, I was pleasantly surprised! The chefs truly demonstrate skill and showmanship during cooking, not to mention the flavors are on point and very authentic. I especially enjoyed the garlic butter flavor on my shrimp and steak!
