" I was looking for a nice Mexican restaurant and Los Portales fit the bill perfectly! The chips and homemade salsa got the night started right—super fresh and zesty! I had the pollo asado, and it was grilled just right, super juicy and flavorful. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. My only wish is that the dessert menu were a bit more extensive. " Last night, my friends and I had dinner at Los Portales and it was quite the experience! There were some hits and misses. The carne asada was amazing, tender and well-seasoned. But, the sides fell flat. The beans tasted a bit off, and the rice could use some more spice. The margaritas on the other hand were simply fabulous! Enough of a kick to compliment the meal without overpowering. The service was top-notch, always ensuring we had what we needed. I’d recommend it for the entrees, just skip the beans. I ordered the tacos, and my partner got the quesadilla; both were made with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. My dining companion ordered the chicken enchiladas and loved them.
