" Let me start by saying that I love Taco Bell, but this particular location could definitely use some improvement. The food came out warm, not hot, which was disappointing. I had a craving for those spicy potato soft tacos, but by the time I got home, I had to pop them in the microwave to heat them up. The staff seemed rushed and overwhelmed. There were only a couple of employees, and I noticed they were struggling during the dinner rush. " I had to laugh when I walked in. The atmosphere felt like a classic fast food joint but in a travel center. Order was pretty quick, and the staff seemed friendly, but I think the food is hit or miss depending on when you go. Last time I ordered, I got the fiery burrito, and let me tell you - it was actually spicy! Thumbs up for that. However, I have had times when the freshness of the meal is questionable. " After a long drive, I thought I’d treat myself to Taco Bell, but I have regrets. When I ordered my usual Crunchwrap Supreme, the staff was so disengaged. They looked like they would rather be anywhere else but there. After waiting for my food, I noticed the tortillas were cold and chewy. Not what I signed up for! This Taco Bell gives the brand a bad name. I believe that the staff should take pride in what they serve, and today, I felt that pride was missing altogether.
