" After several visits, I can confidently say that A&R Kitchen serves some of the best pho I have tasted outside of Vietnam! The broth is incredibly savory and never greasy, which is hard to find. My favorite is the brisket pho—always tender and flavorful. The staff is friendly too, making each visit enjoyable.
