" I visited Bistro Provenance with friends last weekend. The open kitchen vibe is so cool, and it felt very upscale but comfortable. We tried several dishes including the fish of the day, which was fresh, and the pork chops, which were tender and flavorful. The staff was friendly, but we did experience a bit of a wait for our entrees. Overall, a wonderful experience, just a bit pricey for what we ordered, but worth trying if you haven't yet! " While the atmosphere was stunning and the server quite charming, the main courses left a bit to be desired. I had the pork chop, which was cooked beautifully but lacked seasoning. The sides were delicious, though, particularly the garlic mashed potatoes. Dessert was exquisite, so it saved the meal for me. I might give it another shot based solely on dessert!
