" Comprised of a small staff, JY Kitchen brings delicious and authentic Korean flavors to Lexington. The beef bulgogi was cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. I especially appreciated the homemade kimchi! The whole experience felt intimate, and I liked interacting with the chefs, who clearly take pride in their work. It's a casual dining experience, but the food quality is top-notch. I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving good Korean food. They also have a fantastic vegan menu which is a big plus!
