" I can't say enough good things about Block 9! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The place has a nice, clean, hip vibe which I loved. I ordered the Green Curry and they allowed me to pick my spice level, which made it just right for me. It was delightful and balanced, not too heavy but absolutely satisfying! " Disappointing experience at Block 9 Thai Street Eats. I had high hopes based on other reviews, but my visit didn’t live up to the expectation. I ordered the shrimp Pad Thai, and although the flavor was decent, the shrimp were overcooked, and I felt the noodles were lacking in that rich tamarind flavor. The service was acceptable but not outstanding. I think they seem to have a great ambiance, but the food needs some improvement. I might consider returning, but only if others recommend it.
