" Every time I visit Taco Bell, I feel disappointed. It seems like they can’t ever get my order right. I always order a bean burrito - simple! Yet, they still manage to put beef in my burrito. Though they are generally polite at the window, it’s frustrating when I have to drive all the way back for a correction. " This Taco Bell used to be my go-to for a late-night snack after class, but the last few visits have been disappointing. I ordered a burrito that was literally half empty and the service was dreadfully slow—even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Also, the lobby was messy, and employees seemed overwhelmed with orders; it’s almost as if they need to hire more staff to help during peak times. " Had an absolutely fantastic visit! Staff was incredibly friendly, and I ended up ordering way more than I intended because everything sounded so good. I tried their new spicy tacos and was amazed at the flavor! The dining area was clean, and I didn’t have to wait long at all for my food.
