" Last night’s dinner was quite the adventure. Though the restaurant didn’t have a visible sign, it had a cozy atmosphere. The waitstaff was friendly, making up for a slightly long wait. I ordered the carnitas, which were tender but lacked the seasoning I usually expect in authentic Mexican cuisine. A very Americanized take on a classic.
