" I have a love/hate relationship with East China. Most nights, their food is fantastic—especially the Mongolian beef, which is simply divinely spiced and tender. However, I’ve experienced a couple of off nights where the chicken seemed dry and not freshly cooked. I usually overlook those instances since the flavors when they get it right are unbeatable. " This place is all about the food! I’ve been to several Chinese restaurants across Minnesota, and East China stands out. Their chicken lo mein is delicious, full of fresh vegetables and the right bite to the noodles. The service seldom disappoints, but the space can get quite packed during dinner hours. " After hearing good things about East China, I decided to order takeout. I was a bit disappointed with the chicken lo mein, which felt a bit bland compared to what I was expecting.
