The only reason I didn't give a full five stars was because the location can get a bit crowded during rush hour, so I'd recommend visiting during off-peak times when you can enjoy your meal more. " Hands down the best Indian food in Portland! I ordered the shrimp vindaloo and it was just phenomenal! The shrimp was tender and the gravy was perfectly spicy. I loved the accompanying chutney too! The staff offered great service and were very attentive. The only downside was the small seating area, but it's a cart, and you're going to get takeout anyway!
