" Absinthe is a hidden gem in Hayes Valley! I stopped by for brunch on a Sunday and was blown away by the croque monsieur. It's the best I've ever had – perfectly toasted and filled with delicious cheese and ham. The cocktails were spot on as well, adding a refreshing twist to our meal. However, it was quite busy, and our server took a bit longer than expected to check in on us after we ordered. That didn't ruin our experience, though, as the lively atmosphere kept us entertained.
