" Had dinner with friends at Rosy’s last week. The lively atmosphere and friendly staff was a plus. We ordered a mix of items, but I was disappointed with most of the dishes. " Absolutely loved my dining experience at Rosy's Corner! The ambiance was lively with great music in the background. For starters, the complimentary tortilla soup was one of the best I've had outside of Mexico. I ordered the enchiladas, and they were filled with a flavorful chicken mixture and topped with a delicious salsa verde. I also had a tamale that was moist and perfectly seasoned.
