" Kohoku-Ku Ramen is a gem hidden away in Chicago! The ramen here has some of the most authentic flavors I've experienced outside of Japan. I tried the shio ramen, which had perfectly cooked noodles and a broth that was to die for! I felt like I was back in Japan with every slurp. Even the toppings were plentiful and high-quality. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a date night or catching up with friends. I can't recommend it enough! Just make sure to arrive early, as it gets busy! " Kohoku-Ku is an incredible find! This tiny place serves some of the best ramen I've ever tasted. The owner really brings authentic flavors to Chicago with their menu. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, which had a creamy broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and melt-in-your-mouth pork. The vibe of the place is very cozy and charming, resembling a traditional ramen shop.
