" Usually, Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure, but I had the worst meal of my life at this location. After a long wait in the drive-thru line, I received an incorrect order. No beef in my burrito when I specifically asked for extra! When I mentioned it to the staff, their reaction was indifferent. " You can't go wrong—oh wait! Or can you? This Taco Bell continually finds ways to ruin simple orders. Ordered a soft taco and got a hard shell instead. I can say it was an amusing moment, but not when you’re craving a soft taco. Just proves poor management is an ongoing issue here. " I was really excited to try this Taco Bell as it's conveniently located near my job. However, everything went wrong. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with extra beef, but when I opened it, there was no beef—just lettuce and cheese. I brought it back to the counter, and instead of offering to fix it, the staff just shrugged.
