" The tacos at Rincon Taurino have been some of the best I've ever had! Every time I visit, I order the al pastor tacos, and they never fail to satisfy. They are juicy and bursting with flavor. I can really taste the authenticity, like I'm back in Mexico. But sadly, the service is where things fall flat -- it's either hit or miss. " I had the worst experience at Rincon Taurino recently. After hearing great things, I finally decided to give it a try, but what a disappointment it was. I ordered two burritos and the lady at the counter seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers than helping customers. Once I got my burritos, they were nothing special – barely filled and tasted a bit old. It’s frustrating to pay good money for lackluster food and rude service. I won't be returning anytime soon. " I've been visiting Rincon Taurino since I was a kid and it has always held a special place in my heart. The flavors of the carne asada tacos are out of this world! Each bite is packed with authentic Mexican flavor. However, I must admit that the customer service has seen better days. The last time I visited, the lady at the register seemed annoyed and rushed through my order. It’s a shame because I really love this spot. I would give the food a solid 5, but the service only a 3. I felt ripped off especially after hearing how authentic the food was supposed to be. The service was also mediocre at best. Overall, I won’t be returning unless I hear of major changes.
