" I have frequented numerous Chipotle restaurants, but this one stands out as the worst. They consistently forget items in my online orders. One time, I didn’t receive my chips at all and my burrito bowl was lacking its expected ingredients. I mentioned it to the staff, but they were dismissive. It's as if they just don’t care about their customers. This has happened too many times, and I will not be returning. There are plenty of other places that appreciate their customers! " Unbelievably messy! The tables were left dirty, and the trash cans were overflowing. I understand the fast-casual concept, but cleanliness should not be compromised. Furthermore, they were out of the most basic ingredients such as guacamole and chips. It completely ruined my lunch experience. I also had to remind the staff to wash their hands before serving food. " This Chipotle location used to be good, but it seems they can never keep enough stock on hand. I went there for a quick lunch only to find out they were out of chicken! After that, I asked for rice, and it was hard and undercooked. I've always been a fan of their burrito bowls, but I had to settle for something else this time, and it was quite disappointing.
