" I rolled into Taco Bell last weekend with high hopes and left utterly disappointed. The drive-thru line was surprisingly quick, but that's where the good news ended. My order was wrong, and when I pointed it out, the staff were unapologetic. The food itself was lukewarm and bland; I expected so much more from my nachos. How is it too much to ask for real flavor at a fast-food place? I won't be returning anytime soon, especially when I can head over to local Mexican spots for better authentic food at similar prices. " If you want to know what a fast-food chain does wrong, just come observe this Taco Bell. It's always a mess in there! They don't keep track of the orders. I once waited longer than 30 minutes just to be served cold, unappetizing food that was thrown together carelessly. " Once again, this location has proved to be the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. The staff clearly doesn't care. I ordered a taco salad, which was mostly just lettuce with a few specks of beef and tomato. What a waste of my money! This may be fast food, but I still have expectations for quality and quantity.
