" Dining at Sirena was an experience I won't soon forget. The restaurant itself has this lovely, romantic vibe, perfect for a date night. We ordered the calamari and the frutti di mare, which was a seafood lover's dream. They serve big portions, and everything was bursting with freshness. However, we did encounter a few hiccups with service; our server seemed overwhelmed and forgot to check on us multiple times. Despite that, the charm and taste of the food made it worthwhile! " Sirena is excellent! From its cozy ambiance to the authentic Italian menu, it has it all. The pasta fagioli was filled with rich flavor; just how it should be! After preparing my taste buds, I dove into the barolo-braised short ribs. They fell off the bone; you could tell they used quality ingredients! Service was superb—our server enthusiastically shared wine pairings! My only suggestion would be to branch out more on the dessert menu as the offerings were limited. " Sirena is hands down one of my favorite places to dine in Virginia Beach. The owner, Fabio, is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about his patrons' experiences. The food is exquisite and truly reflects the traditional Italian cuisine I remember from my travels to Italy. I particularly enjoyed the seafood linguine, which had a generous amount of shrimp and clams. " Sirena is a little gem that I stumbled upon during my vacation in Virginia Beach, and I couldn't be happier! The owner was present and made sure every guest felt special. I ordered the special for the night—lamb shank—and it was cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor paired with lovely bucatini. The ambiance is cozy and intimate, just what I was looking for. It’s rare to find Italian restaurants that focus on authenticity, and Sirena does just that. I can't recommend this place highly enough! However, make sure you book in advance; it gets busy!
