" I've frequented this Taco Bell in Glasgow for years, hoping that they would improve over time. However, my latest visit was another disappointment. The drive-thru line was absurdly long, and when I finally reached the window, they forgot my drink. I had to ask several times for it. The food itself was lukewarm and had obviously been sitting out for a while. Taco Bell is known for quick service, but this location seems to struggle with efficiency, making it much less appealing. " Why is it so hard to get simple orders right? I thought fast food was supposed to be quick and easy! I ordered a crunchwrap and a couple of tacos but instead received someone else's order of nachos and a burrito. After waiting over 20 minutes, my food ended up being cold and missing a few ingredients they claimed would be on it. I'd have more fun eating at home than risking another visit here.
