" I visited Matsu last night with some friends, and we had a splendid evening! The sushi rolls were creatively presented and tasted divine! We tried a variety of rolls, and each was better than the last. I especially loved the spicy tuna roll—it was just the right amount of heat. The service was excellent; our waitress was attentive without being overly intrusive. The only downside was that we had to wait a little longer than expected for our drinks, but it was worth it.
