" On my last visit to Fusion Buffet, I found the food offerings quite average. There wasn't much flavor in many of the Chinese dishes, and I was disappointed with the sushi selection. The mac and cheese was also bland. However, I did enjoy some of the Southern-style entries. The staff seemed friendly enough, but the service was a bit slow during peak hours.
