I ordered the Lo Mein, which was bland, and my friend chose the Moo Goo Gai Pan, which was more average than remarkable. Given that I had heard so many good things, I expected something far tastier. " A friend introduced me to New China House, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken, which had just the right kick to it. The wait time was quite brief, and the waitress was very polite and helpful. Overall ambiance was friendly, making it a nice spot for a casual dinner. Definitely will be back for more! " I had high hopes for New China House based on several positive reviews, but my visit was quite disappointing. The food appeared to be old and reheated, lacking the freshness I anticipated. My friend had the Beef Lo Mein, which tasted overly salty, and I just couldn't finish my meal. The service, however, was friendly, which is why I’m not giving a one-star review. I would suggest they work on the food quality aspect quite a bit to align with the positive sentiments shared by others. The Orange Chicken was particularly enjoyed, while the egg rolls—crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside—were exemplary! The waitress was friendly and continually checked on us.
