" We decided to try Cibreo after a friend’s rave review about the eggplant parmesan. I must say, it didn’t disappoint! The ambiance felt very Italian, cozy with beautiful decor. Our server was more than accommodating, and she took time to explain the specials. The food came out in a timely manner, and everything tasted fresh. I enjoyed the complimentary bread with olive oil while waiting. The eggplant parm was crispy and so flavorful. " I had high hopes for Cibreo based on friends' recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, but the food failed to impress. My chicken parmesan was dry with overly sweet sauce, totally overshadowing typical Italian flavors. Unfortunately, our server was also not very attentive.
