" I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Panda Express. Though I had to wait longer than usual due to a rush, the employees were nice and handled the situation well. The food was hot and fresh when I finally got it, and I really enjoyed the lemon chicken. The portions weren’t the largest I've had, but for a fast food chain, they do alright. " Overall, the service was okay and the restaurant was clean. However, the food quality just does not cut it for me. I tried the Kung Pao chicken and it was overdosed with peppers that burned my mouth. I couldn't enjoy it at all! I think they'll need to rethink their recipes to keep any regular customers.
