" Today I visited this Panda Express for the first time and the experience was less than stellar. The decorations inside are lovely, but that's about the best part. The difficulties began when I couldn't find the menu, as it was hidden behind the counter where only employees could see it. When it was finally my turn, I watched as the employee struggled to get my order right—it's like they had never seen the menu before! My meal came out wrong, and a customer next to me ended up receiving the wrong food as well. The food itself was decent in flavor, but seriously underwhelming in terms of quality and quantity. I noticed my orange chicken had a few small pieces compared to what I've gotten at other locations. I understand they're new, but they need to get their organization together before they can compete with the already established Panda Express locations. " (*Curated Review*)
" Upon my first visit to this Panda Express location, I was hopeful for a quick and tasty meal. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The food was lukewarm and the rice tasted like it was sitting out all day. I ordered the honey sesame chicken and while it had a nice sauce, it was just floating in it—an overload. I'm not sure how they could serve such small portions for the price tag. I would expect more from a chain like this! I might give it another shot someday, but right now, I'm leaning more toward local Chinese restaurants where I know I can get better quality. " (*Curated Review*)
" My experience at this Panda Express has been terrible each time I've visited. The prices are not reflected in the portions served. I ordered a plate of Beijing beef and received hardly any meat—just a pile of vegetables instead. It was disheartening to pay so much for what felt like a side dish. The chefs could do a lot better with seasoning as well, a lot of the dishes lacked that authentic kick I would expect. I even tried speaking to the manager, who seemed disinterested in my feedback. Honestly, I won’t be returning unless major changes happen. I'd rather make the trip to a more established Chinese restaurant that cares about their customers. " (*Curated Review*)
" Every time I've visited this Panda Express, there seems to be some issue. On my last trip, it was a simple order—a plate of Kung Pao chicken. But when I received it, it was lacking the familiar crunch of peanuts and tasted overwhelmingly salty. I was quite disappointed. I understand that they might be new, but honestly, this doesn’t reflect the flavors of actual Chinese cooking. It just tasted like fast food disguised as something more upscale. The portions continue to frustrate me; I left feeling unsatisfied. I wanted to give them another chance, but I can't imagine returning anytime soon. " (*Curated Review*)
" I decided to try Panda Express after hearing a lot about it but I can’t say I was impressed. The orange chicken was too sweet for my taste, and surprisingly not crispy at all. The chow mein tasted like it had been sitting there for ages. The staff there looked busy chatting and hardly paid any attention to customers, it felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. The prices are super high for the quality served, and the portion sizes were disappointing compared to what I'd had at other Panda Express locations. In short, this location made me rethink dining at chain restaurants. " (*Curated Review*)
" My experience at this new Panda Express left much to be desired. The staff didn't seem to work well together and were more focused on chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. As for the food, I found the orange chicken to be tasteless and my fried rice was soggy and bland. I expected more flavor and quality from a chain like this, especially at a higher price. The portions were disappointingly small. Sadly, it seems like this location did not hit the mark on what truly represents a good Chinese dining experience. I won’t be returning. " (*Curated Review*)
" Trying to give this Panda Express a chance since it’s new in town, but my dining experience hasn’t been pleasant. The staff seemed confused about my order and I ended up not getting half of what I ordered. The food was way too salted and barely warm when it arrived at my table. I also noticed that the vegetables looked old and were less than appetizing. The prices here make the whole experience even more frustrating, as the portions are not even close to what I’d expect for the price. I think I might skip this location and just opt for another place for my Chinese food. " (*Curated Review*)
