" After a long day of exploring Globe, we stopped by La Casita East based on a friend's recommendation. As soon as we walked in, we felt the charm of the place. The decor was bright, and the atmosphere lively. I ordered the carne asada tacos, and they were delightful! The meat was tender and flavorful. My partner had the enchiladas and loved them as well. " I’ve been to several Mexican restaurants, and unfortunately La Casita East didn’t meet my expectations. The salsa tasted more like a store-bought version than anything fresh. I ordered tacos and was surprised to find them overloaded with grease, hardly any meat, and cold. My dining experience was quite underwhelming. The service left much to be desired as well; it took a while for our server to check on us after our order was taken, and they seemed overwhelmed. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
