" I usually enjoy my meals at Panda Express, especially the teriyaki chicken. This visit, however, was not as enjoyable. The chicken was too rubbery and had almost no flavor. " I generally love Panda Express but had one of the worst experiences here! The service was abysmal, with multiple staff members seemingly not caring about customers. The food took over 25 minutes to come out, and when I finally got my order, it was cold. I had the sesame chicken, and unfortunately, it tasted just as bad as it was served. I felt really frustrated as I was very hungry and had no time to waste. The atmosphere was lackluster; it felt very unwelcoming. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon unless it improves. " Panda Express, what a classic! I love how they set up an open kitchen. You can see exactly what goes into your meal. The last time I visited, I had the sweet and sour chicken and an egg roll, and it was delightful. The line moved quickly, and staff were polite even during rush hour.
