" I was looking for a place dedicated to great tortas and found El Chacho! The tortas were fantastic; I truly enjoyed the flavor. The staff was welcoming and helpful in guiding my choices. I also sampled the quesabirrias, and wow—they did not disappoint! The only thing I noticed is that while the atmosphere was lovely, it could be a bit crowded during lunchtime. " Wow! Just wow! I can safely say that I have found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas! My family was in town and we decided to try El Chacho, and I couldn’t be happier. We ordered the quesabirria tacos and the tortas ahogadas, and everything was just bursting with flavor! The meat was so tender and the salsas had just the right amount of kick.
