" I visited Opera Cafe Lounge for a birthday celebration, and it was a mixed experience. On one hand, the food was delicious and quite authentic. The kunefe we had for dessert was exceptional! However, the service during our visit was extremely slow and inattentive, which put a damper on the occasion. It took a while for our orders to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. I raised this with the management, who were apologetic but didn't seem to make much of a change during our time there.
