" Oishi Sushi is tucked away and feels a little hidden in Carson City, which adds to its charm. I stumbled upon this restaurant after looking for sushi online, and I am glad I did. The ambiance is casual yet comfortable, perfect for a chill dinner after a long day. To my delight, the sushi wasn’t just good; it was fabulous! The Crazy Monkey roll is worth every bite, and they really know how to use spices effectively. The ginger with my sushi was pleasantly fresh, too. " Visited Oishi Sushi last weekend with some friends, and it was quite the experience! We chose the AYCE option. Although the place was quite busy, the service remained attentive. I was impressed with the variety of sushi rolls available. Everything tasted fresh, particularly the nigiri and the special rolls. Although I am more of a fan of traditional sushi, the creative twists here were enjoyable. " Had a lovely dinner with friends at Oishi! The atmosphere was cozy, and the décor is relaxing. I liked the quick service! The sushi itself was delicious; I particularly loved the Dragon roll, which was beautifully presented. However, one of my friends felt like her roll was a bit too fishy for her liking. " Oishi Sushi is hands down my favorite sushi restaurant in the area! I’ve been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and very affordable. They offer great promotions that make it easy to eat here often. My favorite has to be the Snow Mountain roll! The atmosphere is friendly, but sometimes a bit cramped, especially on the weekends.
